Hi Catherine. You are a bloody good agent.  We met maybe 2 years ago when I was planning to move up north from Auckland.  Back then some other issues arose which precluded me from doing so...but I have read every one of your listings since. The wheels have turned and at some stage this year I’m planning to give it another shot.
I’m writing to let you know that your efforts in providing me the info on what’s available have not been wasted and much appreciated.
Keep sending me your listings please and I’ll be in touch as soon as something comes up that ticks the boxes.

"Catherine has been an outstanding agent for a large farming portfolio, her can do attitude and enthusiasm is what drew us toward having her list the family farm. Through a very challenging time she has been the light at the end of the tunnel, being very professional, organised and honest. These are just a few of her favourable attributes that we have encountered through this whole process. Her farming knowledge, ability to get the portfolio listed promptly and outstanding marketing plan are what have contributed to the sale of these farms. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to list their properties and take pride in what you have to sell, she is the agent for you".

"Catherine sold me my first property in Kaipara. I then employed her as a buyers agent for my next land purchase. The neighbouring farm. I found her honest, helpful and … knowledgeable... A great help for someone who knows next to nothing about farming. I would not hesitate to recommend her."
